Refund/Return Policy

Tools, Supplies, Accessories and Replacement Parts: We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective order we will gladly replace your order - within 30 days of receipt. All other merchandise returned for credit, refund or exchange must be in resalable condition, authorized for return, accompanied by a receipt and may be subject to a restocking fee. All orders that are not incorrect, damaged or defective shall not be subject to reimbursement of any shipping costs. No returns will be authorized on special orders or Cut Size products.

Cut Size Glass: Cut to size glass orders cannot be returned for a refund or credit with the exception of glass damaged during shipping. The old saying goes "Measure twice so that we only cut once". We prefer all sizes be faxed or e-mailed to us so that your order will be cut right the first time. We want you to be happy with your selection so that is why we have actual 5" x 5” samples available for all of our glass styles.
